We all are plied with the notion of going on a diet to transform our bodies
from being overweight and soft, into being lean and fit. But going on a diet puts
us in the wrong frame of mind. A diet is transitory, something we think of being
over and done with. Certainly not something that involves a life change. But making
a life change is exactly what we need in order to achieve ultimate weight control
and improved health. You have to change how you eat and make it a change you can
live with every day of your life. Oh sure you can depart from healthy eating for
that occasional indulgence. But lose the notion of going on a diet, a diet is not
what you need, but a life style change with respects to how you view what you are
eating. So forget about dieting, you’re in this for the long haul.
