I just want to provide some clarity to those of you that take to heart the nonsensical idea that you can do something to lose weight just from your belly. Its a myth, better yet its just a lie. There are no exercises that will cause you to lose weight singularly from specific body parts. But there is good news for those of us that want to lose belly fat. When you begin to lose weight belly fat is usually the first to go. So if you want to lose weight on your belly the answer is to just lose weight period. So get on that treadmill or stationary bike, take a walk, do some tasks around the house. Anything that burns fat will help you lose weight from your overall body including that stubborn belly fat.
